Design and Development

We pay highly attention to our customer needs, we use latest softwares like NX-VGI and AutoCAD to develop the product and mould designs.

For complex product design, we always provide prototype (3D Printing) model to our clients for final approval. This process helps to develop the product mould design and mould manufacturing on time.

Manufacturing

Mould manufacturing on time is our vision and to achieve this we have installed all latest machineries. All our machines (CNC, VMC and EDM) are imported from Taiwan. Our experience technicians (Mould makers, fitters and CNC operators) use latest tools and technologies to develop the mould.

Mould Trial Section

Our inhouse mould trial section facility is on latest IMM (Capacity 350 Ton), we give our customers with perfect trial of their mould which match their requirements of products.

After Sales Service

After delivering the mould we ensure that our customers should immediately start the production and if required we send our technician to our client premises to start the project immediately.
